Specific conditions
All drivers must be 21 years of age with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
You understand that you are responsible for any damages that may occur while you are using the vehicle.
$2,500 bank imprint of your debit/credit card will be taken by way of a deposit. Please note bank imprint does not mean the amount will be debited from your account and should not be reflected in your balance, this may vary by bank. We hold the amount incase of damages which may occur to the vehicle.
Due to Horselink Insurance the Theault Horsebox is only permitted to be driven in a 600 km radius of Scone NSW. No interstate travel is permitted.
Security deposit may be called upon if you: Exceed the kilometre allowance, return the horsebox late, return the horsebox with less than a full tank of diesel, damage the horsebox or return the horsebox insufficiently cleaned.
If the inside of the horsebox isn’t returned in the state you collected it, there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee.
You understand that no smoking/vaping is authorised in the vehicle.
No dogs are allowed in either the cab or horsebox.

Moderate cancellation conditions
A 100% in the event of a cancellation request received no later than 2 weeks before the vehicle rental date; 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation request occurs 7 days before the rental. A 50% refund will be permitted if the cancellation request is done between 7 days and until 48 hours before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
