Specific conditions
All drivers must be 25 years of age with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
$3,000 bank imprint of your debit/credit card will be taken by way of a security bond. Please note bank imprint does not mean the amount will be debited from your account and should not be reflected in your balance, this may vary by bank. We hold the amount in case of damages which may occur to the vehicle.
If the horsebox isn’t returned with the horse area, cab and the exterior of the van washed and clean there’s a $300 cleaning fee.
You understand that you are responsible for any damages that may occur while you are using the vehicle.
You understand that no smoking / vaping is authorised in the vehicle.
Vehicle collection and drop-off on Saturday or Sunday possible only by request, please contact us.
You are responsible for any tolls and other road use charges incurred during your rental. Our vehicle is equipped with an electronic tolling device, and any tolls incurred will be charged to your nominated credit card together with a processing fee of $20.

Moderate cancellation conditions
A 100% in the event of a cancellation request received no later than 2 weeks before the vehicle rental date; 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation request occurs 7 days before the rental. A 50% refund will be permitted if the cancellation request is done between 7 days and until 48 hours before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
